These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of the Close Bestiee Circle membership offered through the Dear Bestiee mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms, our Terms & Conditions, and our Privacy Policy.

1. About Close Bestiee Circle

Close Bestiee Circle is an optional recurring premium membership designed for users who wish to enjoy additional benefits while supporting the continued development and operation of Dear Bestiee.

Membership benefits may include:

• Priority responses
• Extended conversations
• Exclusive member-only features
• Early access to new features
• Other benefits described within the Service

Membership benefits may change from time to time as the Service evolves.

2. Subscription Plans

Available subscription plans, pricing, billing cycles, and features are displayed within the Service before purchase.

Subscription availability may vary depending on:

• Platform
• Applicable laws
• Promotional offers

3. Billing

Subscription payments are processed through authorised payment providers, including:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Other authorised payment providers where available.

Subscription fees:

• Are charged in advance.
• Automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• May include applicable taxes depending on your location.

The amount charged will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Automatic Renewal

Unless cancelled before the renewal date, your subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise the applicable payment provider to charge the recurring subscription fee using your selected payment method.

5. Managing Your Subscription

Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed through the respective platform.

You may:

• View your subscription details.
• Change your subscription plan where supported.
• Cancel automatic renewal.
• Update your payment method through the applicable platform.

Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise specified by the applicable payment provider.

6. Subscription Benefits

• Exclusive member features

• Other benefits made available within the Service

Benefits are available only while your subscription remains active and may vary over time.

7. Purchase Verification

To protect users and prevent fraud, Dear Bestiee may verify subscription purchases with Apple App Store, Google Play, or other authorised payment providers before activating subscription benefits.

If a purchase cannot be successfully verified, access to subscription features may be delayed, restricted, or denied until verification has been completed.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, revoked, or successfully disputed through the applicable payment provider, access to subscription benefits may be suspended or terminated.

8. Pricing Changes

We may change subscription pricing from time to time.

Where required by applicable law or platform policies, you will be notified of pricing changes before they take effect.

Continued use of the subscription after a pricing change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing, unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

9. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by:

• Apple App Store policies
• Google Play policies
• Other authorised payment provider policies
• Applicable consumer protection laws

Dear Bestiee does not determine refund eligibility for purchases processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation:

• Prevents future automatic renewals.
• Does not automatically entitle you to a refund for previous subscription charges.
• Allows continued access to subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise required by law or the applicable payment provider.

11. Changes to Membership Benefits

We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue subscription benefits at any time in order to improve the Service.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

12. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate subscription benefits if:

• Your subscription expires.
• Your payment cannot be successfully processed.
• Your purchase cannot be verified.
• Your purchase is refunded, reversed, revoked, or successfully disputed.
• Your account is suspended or terminated under our Terms & Conditions.
• We discontinue the subscription service.

If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service, website, email, or other appropriate means where required.

Your continued use of the subscription after the updated Subscription Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
